Technical Support FAQs

A confirmation email should arrive within minutes after signing up for a course, live event or free guide.

If you don’t see it:
🚩 First, check your email spam or junk folder just in case it landed there.  ✅ If so, add our email to your 'safe' list.

🚩 Email address typos are the most common reason for not receiving it.  ✅ Please contact us with your correct email via the Contact Form below.  We will check for typos and help update your email address. Jump to Contact Form ➜

Go to SIGN IN on the top right corner of this page.
Click “Forgot Password?”
Enter your email to receive a reset link.
Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it.
Use the Contact Form below if you have forgotten which email you used to sign up.  Jump to Contact Form ➜

Register through the event link or site.  
Look for confirmation emails with access details (a Zoom Link)  
Log in before the start time to join live.

Go to the login page (via SIGN IN on the top right corner of this page).
If you get an "Incorrect login details" notification, check if you used a different email to sign-up.
To test if your email is on our system, click “Forgot Password” and enter your email to receive a reset link.
If you get an "We cannot find a user with that e-mail address" use the Contact Form below to check which email you used to sign up. Jump to Contact Form ➜

We want to ensure you only receive the emails you enjoy.  To stop receiving emails from Irish Quest, click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email you receive from us. When you click this link, you will be taken to a subscription preferences page where you can choose to unsubscribe from specific types of emails or all emails. You can re-visit this preferences page anytime if you change your mind.

You should stop receiving the emails you opted out of right away. If you continue to receive emails after unsubscribing, please contact us using the form below so we can assist you further.

When you Sign In to the platform, you'll see a welcome dashboard displaying your enrolled courses. Look for your profile icon (My Profile) in the upper right corner of the menu bar.
 
To access your personal account details, click My Profile > My Account. There you can  view and update your profile information, change your password, manage email notifications, and handle billing information like credit card details. To download invoices for your purchases see My Account > Billing > Billing History.

To change your password, click My Profile > My Account to access your personal account details. Click the Password tab above your profile details.

As a student, you can manage your billing information including subscription cancellations through your account settings.

1. Sign In to your account and look for your My Profile icon un the upper right corner.
2. Click My Profile > My Account to access your account settings
3. Click the >Billing tab to add or change credit card information and handle subscription management.

What happens after cancellation: Once your subscription is cancelled, you will be automatically unenrolled from the course when the subscription period ends. The system will unenroll you from the course after the cancellation is processed.
